I just finished reading Anthony Bourdin's book:

Kitchen Confidential. (The inside story of the life of a 3 star chef.)

This book is terrific! A must read for any chowhound with dilusions of owning their own restaurant (or running one better than the pros). There are many, many hysterical parts.

The book is available softback now at Costco and Sam's.

Well worth your time.
