Uwajimaya food court?

  • n

Anyone been there yet? I want to pick your brains. Unless I read a few thumbs-downs, I'm going.

  1. Go there. Free Parking. And a large, delicious Chinese lunch can be followed by shopping for Asian items at the grocery store.

    1. I keep checking out the food court but have not been tempted. A step up from Safeways (what wouldn't be?) but still steam-table stuff. I had a pork skewer at the korean place -- it was okay. My tip is forget the food court and go get a bowl of Sui Kau noodle soup at Canton Noodle House close by on Weller.

      1. It's decent. I got a sushi roll to go, which is pretty cheap if you buy it in the roll form (more expensive in a plastic container). I didn't try anything else, but it is packed! I can't wait to read more comments on it myself.

We were shopping there one day and found the food court (my first visit), we just parked our half full shopping cart with the others and had a pretty good lunch. Give it a try.
