The last couple of weeks? Nearly everywhere all of a sudden. When did you last look for it? A month ago, it was nowhere to be found.

I've found it recently at Dominion and also at Loblaws. Dominion had it as a flyer special last week, even.

Hi

After reading all the threads on pomergrante juice I had to try it. Not as exciting as I anticipated. In fact, before I even tried it, I thought about making the darn stuff, by dumping the pomegrante bits into a potato ricer to see what would happen ( maybe I'd need cheese cloth too). But I digress, why the sudden interest in this product? Besides drinking this stuff, what were you going to do with it -boil it down to a syrup and cook with it. Just wondering,

BTW, POM, POM mango, and POM blueberry was sold at Fairview mall for $4.99 at a fruit stand across from Baskin Robbins

It's used in a lot of Persian cooking (e.g. Khoresh Fesenjoon). I also like it in a gin martini. Apparently it is also very high in anti-oxidants.

Grin,

Good advertising and Ms. Christine Cushing!

Actually it's a good mix in Martinis and high in anti-oxidants and provides you with all the joys of a pomegranite without having to pull all those darn seeds from the pulp...also used in many Persian recipes.
