Anyone know a good source of fresh and/or smoked wild salmon? the farmed salmon these days just seems to be getting more and more fatty and soft. I had some the other night that was marbled in equal stripes of meat and fat - I know it's the "good" fat but still - ugh.

If you're up in Richmond Hill, Sue's Market at Don Head Village and Major Mac carries wild salmon as well as organic. I think it sells quickly because I don't see it every time I shop.
