No, no, no, not the craft show, silly. One Of A Kind (the pasta place on Queen West) has a another location on Yonge St a few blocks south of Bloor....anybody been there? Comments?

  1. It's excellent and not as crowded as the location on Queen. Having said that, I've never been to the location on Queen before, but if you are looking for gauranteed seating, go the the Yonge St. location.

Tried the Yonge location soon after it opened and was impressed with the food - had a delicious pasta (forget which type) with smoked duck breast.

....I went, I saw, I ate....the interior is really sparse and not as cozy as the Queen St location...cheap tables and chairs and almost zero ambiance...but the pastas are great. I had the calamari again for comparison purposes and it was equally as good as the Queen location. I like the way they cook the vegetables just right (not over-cooked and dead) and the little rosettes of calamari decorate the pasta bowl very nicely (ya, I know). I've had similar dishes on College St for twice the price so this place is a steal at $8-$9....and like someone else said -there are always tables available.
