Very, very good food, specializing in sea food. However, for a celebration, the atmosphere might leave something to be desired. Ming Teh on Niagara St, in Ft. Erie is decidedly upscale. For many years it was considered by far the best Chinese restaurant in the buffalo/niagara area. I haven't been there for several years, though, and there were rumors that it had slipped. But I did see a recent good review on the 'net. If you decide to go there, be sure to call first--they used to close for the winter but not this early, I don't think. And don't be discouraged that it's located very near a couple of bad Chinese places--Happy Jack's and another one I can't remember the name of.
