Crepes Get-Together for Spring

  • s

Any crepe lovers in the house? Another Chowhounder & I were thinking of trying Crepes a Go Go at Bloor & Bedford in the near future. We don't have a date set yet, but drop me a line about yourself if you wish to join us and hopefully we can get a small group together for a casual crepe dinner. Please write Crepes or Chowhound in the Subject line of your message so I won't delete it as SPAM.

    Crepes Suzette

Crepes a Go Go is a great place, but it's postage stamp size. There are a few stools and the crepes are served wrapped in paper, as in Paris where they're street food. It's more of take out place. Do try it, the people are so nice, the crepes and fillings are really fresh and tasty - very inexpensive. If you're looking for a sit down restaurant with crepes, try Le Papillon near St Lawrence market (they have a web site).

    1. Thanks very much for the tip, Crepes Suzette. It looks like I may have to change the crepes venue. Le Papillion is good, but I was wondering if anyone knows of any other nice crepe places in Toronto?

If you have not yet discovered Crepes a gogo, you don't know what crepes bretonnes are all about.

This place is absolutely the best when it comes to real french crepes.

They are located on a small street just across Varsity Stadium next to a mr sub.

        Really worth a visit.
